Please join the Treatment Court Expansion Act coalition on Tuesday January 20th, 2026 at our First Advocacy Day of 2026! Let's show Albany our people power! We will host a rally, hold meetings with elected officials, mobilize our champions, and more. Through an expansion and modernization of already-established treatment courts, the Treatment Court Expansion Act (S.4547 (Ramos) / A.4869 (Forrest)) will provide meaningful off-ramps from the revolving door of incarceration for thousands of individuals caught in the criminal legal system due to underlying mental health and substance use concerns. Meals and transportation will be provided.
