On November 18 at 12pm, there will be rallies and press conferences across New York State to demand passage of the Second Look Act, Earned Time Act and Marvin Mayfield Act. Rallies will take place in New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, Long Island, Westchester, Albany, and Ithaca.
