On April 23 rd , 2026, the Criminal Justice Advocacy Clinic at the University at Buffalo School of
Law and VOICE Buffalo will hold an event celebrating Second-Chance Month and publicly
requesting that the Executive Clemency Bureau grant John Moore clemency. The event will be
held at the Frank E. Merriweather, Jr. Library, 1324 Jefferson Ave, Buffalo, from 5:30-7:30. We
will provide refreshments.
